Plateau United coach Abdul Maikaba has stated that he is confident of leading first-team affairs for the Nigeria Professional Football League 2019/20 champion when the team gets her continental campaign underway.
Maikaba speaking in a chat with brila.net said the Jos based side haven’t spoken to any manager yet and have assured him of his position at the club.
He said in the eventuality of a manager coming to the team in fulfillment of the rule by CAF to have a manager with A License lead the team, such manager will only serve pure academic roles because he knows the team better than any manager coming to the team at this point.
